You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.If you wish to delete your data, you must visit the homepage then append /erasedata/ and fill out the form.

  • Processing: Deletion takes approximately 30 days. Once deleted, it may take approximately 90 days after expiry of the service for the service / subscription to be fully deleted.
  • Finality: Once processed, the action cannot be cancelled. You will lose all access to your account, purchase history, and the ability to log in.( after deleting your account from the website, for business owners etc, and those who’s email is linked to a service, they may have to wait till the service auto expires, then wait a bit longer for it to fully be deleted.)

User-Submitted Information and Media: If you submit an event to our map, we collect the details you provide, including your business name, event description, event dates, physical coordinates (latitude and longitude), and relevant links (such as ticketing or YouTube URLs). We also collect and store the image thumbnails you upload to represent your event.

14. Cookies and Session Data: We use session cookies (including WooCommerce session data) to temporarily store your event onboarding information while you navigate our submission process and proceed to checkout.

15. Third-Party Services: Our map feature relies on third-party tile providers (such as OpenStreetMap, CARTO, Esri, Stamen, and Google) and may embed videos from YouTube.
